Packing & Shipping

For all package shipments we are responsible for ensuring that each item is safely packed to prevent against damage in transit.

As well the we are responsible for all packing costs and any shipping related damage that results from improper or insufficient packing.

We ensure that your package arrives safely and on time with these packaging rules:

  • Using a rigid box (plywood box + cardboard box)
  • Wrapping all items separately
  • Using adequate cushioning material ( bubble wrap or similar cushioning material)
  • Using strong tape designed for shipping

At the moment we ship Express only, via FedEx International Priority, 6-10 days

Payments, taxes & duties

The buyer only pays for the product and its door-to-door delivery.

This product comes from Indonesia and cost does not include customs duties and taxes in the buyer's country. If the product is subject to duties and / or taxes, they will be additionally billed directly to the buyer

Attention! Claims for damage in transit are accepted only if the buyer has a video of the unpacking of the product, which shows the entire unpacking process and the condition of the product and packaging.

For shipping orders, buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact us if they wish to return an item. The buyer is responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges, and they will be deducted from the buyer's original purchase price + taxes if applicable.

For Parcel returns, buyers are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within three business days after the return shipping label (pre-paid) is received. The buyer may also be responsible for the packing charges. Buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition.
